Roles and Responsibilities of ADPs :
Meet minimum performance standards
- Achieving sales targets
- Ensuring a minimum level of growth in TVS-E business
- Ensuring a certain level of market promotion activities for TVS-E

- Identification of potential customers in the allocated Area for the sales of TVS-E products
- Improvement in the penetration of the TVS-E products in the allocated Area
- Sustained sales & marketing efforts.

Sales Support offered by TVS-E :
- Direct ADP Coverage from TVS-E Area Sales Manager
- Joint Calls
TVS-E Area Sales Manager or designated personnel shall assist the ADP in joint calling on the customers.
- New Product Launch
TVS-E shall be responsible for initial promotion of the product etc., training the ADPs’ personnel on the new product.

Marketing Support offered by TVS-E :
- Certification
On Completion of Appointment, process TVS-E will issue Certificate under “Authorised Dealer Partner Program”. The certificate will be valid for a period of one year.
- Advertisement
TVS-E shall assist the ADP in terms of nomination in the panel for advertisements released in the Area by TVS-E.
- Literature (leaflets, etc)
TVS-E shall provide to its ADP, promotion and advertising materials in form of Brochures, Leaflets, etc. Relevant Policy and procedure is enclosed.
- Channel Training
TVS-E shall concentrate on skill development in the ADP’s organisation, which shall consist of
- Product knowledge
- Marketing skills development
- On the job workshops
- Exhibitions/Road shows
TVS-E shall directly participate in exhibitions and road shows and may allow joint participation by the ADPs. The respective Areas would pass on the leads thus generated to the ADPs.
- Lead Generation programs
TVS-E shall directly organise direct marketing programs aimed at generating leads for TVS-E products. The Call agents would forward leads to the ADPs in the concerned area. The ADPs are expected to carefully pursue these leads to favourable conclusion quickly and give comments to TVS-E.
- Discounts
The ADP shall be eligible for a sales Discount (normally fixed as percentage of sales) based on the achievement of target on a monthly basis.
- Demonstration units
Based on the performance of the respective ADP in the respective Area, TVS-E reserves the right to provide support for Demo products.
