The organization has initiated Six Sigma Process from 2002 to enhance its productivity and quality. All the operators are Yellow belt trained. Continuous up-gradation of their skills is done through various training programs. The next initiative planned is lean manufacturing, first step towards has been the launch of Lean Six Sigma manufacturing process in 2003.

All TVS-E clients are handled by dedicated Customer Relationship Mangers.
